On the women's side, MacLellan recorded 31 points, 15 rebounds, two assists, and two steals across the weekend victories.

"It was a great job by Danielle this week," Head Coach Dwayne Vigilance said. "She showed her dominance as a fifth year and I'm looking forward to her keep battling throughout the playoffs."

Honoured as one of two fifth-year players Friday night at the Huskies' final regular season home game, MacLellan scored 18 points, while adding five rebounds, two assists, and two steals in an 82-58 win for the Huskies.

In Sunday's 66-61 win over the Ooks, MacLellan had 13 points and 10 rebounds as the Huskies' extended their winning streak to 11 games and their overall record to 12-3. Four of her 13 points came in the final minute of play to give the Huskies the edge they needed to secure the victory.

On the men's side, Williams posted 50 points, 19 rebounds, one assist, two steals, and one block as the Men's Basketball Huskies won their pair of games to move to 15-0, marking the program's longest winning streak.

"Omeechi has been playing well for weeks on end," Head Coach Jeremy Wielenga said. "He's the do-it-all guy for us at both ends of the floor.

"He guards, he rebounds, he shoots; he's a leader in the locker room. He's playing really well at the right time of the year."

Friday at home, Williams scored 25 points in 24 minutes of action, adding eight rebounds, two assists, and one block in a 102-85 win against the Concordia Thunder. He led the Huskies in the first quarter with nine points and was one of two Huskies to make a trio of three-point shots throughout the match.

Sunday, Williams again poured in 25 points, this time adding 11 rebounds to pick up the double-double. His offensive play once shone brightly from beyond the arc, making six of the eight three-point shots he attempted.
