The Huskies' basketball and volleyball teams compete in Alberta Colleges Athletic Conference (ACAC) action at the Canadian Natural Gymnasium inside the Syncrude Sport & Wellness Centre.

Since 2007, the Syncrude Sport & Wellness Centre has offered state-of-the-art recreation and training facilities for people in the Wood Buffalo region. This important, multi-use community facility includes three field houses, a running track, fitness studios and wellness facilities, as well as community and meeting rooms, all located at the Keyano College Clearwater Campus.

The Centre is dedicated to the promotion of health, fitness and sport excellence, offering students, faculty, staff and members of the community a wide array of programs and services.

The Syncrude Sport & Wellness Centre has hosted ACAC and Canadian Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA) Championships and has served as a venue for the 2015 Western Canada Summer Games, 2017 U21 Pan Am Cup, and 2018 Alberta Winter Games.

In addition to its top-tier facilities, the Syncrude Sport & Wellness Centre is home to the Northeast branch of the Alberta Sport Development Centre and is one of nine Be Fit For Life centres throughout Alberta.

The ASDC enhance and coordinate sport science services available to Alberta's emerging athletes and coaches.

ASDC provides services to athletes and coaches residing in a defined geographical region, allowing athletes to develop and train at a high level without leaving home.

Be Fit For Life is supported by operational funding from the Recreation and Physical Activity Division of the Alberta Ministry of Culture and Tourism and by additional project grant funding from the Alberta Sport Connection and Sport Canada. Their vision is to work with Albertans to educate, inspire, and support healthy lifestyles.

The Syncrude Sport & Wellness Centre is also home to the Canadian Natural Field. It is an indoor turf playing surface for field sports including; soccer, lacrosse, rugby, football, ultimate frisbee and more.

Home to the Fort McMurray Youth Soccer Association, the field is surrounded by regulation boards to ensure safety and enjoyment. There is bleacher seating for 220 spectators. The field can also be divided into two smaller playing surfaces.

The Field House provides endless opportunities for recreation and sporting activities. With over 14,000 square feet of synthetic floor surface, the field accommodates volleyball, badminton, floor hockey, dodge ball, dry-land training, birthday parties, and special events.

The field can be divided into three smaller playing surfaces for tournaments, league play and/or individual training sessions. There is bleacher seating for 220 spectators.

In the past this venue has hosted the Keyano College Gala, SMS Wine Auction, Fort McMurray Women's Show, and much more.
