Today, the Keyano Huskies Women's Basketball team enjoy the respect as one of the top teams in the Alberta Colleges Athletic Conference's (ACAC) North Division, but their journey to elevate their game took time and involvement from many student-athletes committed to advancing the program.

One of the driving forces in that success was Tyshaine Paige, who played four seasons with the Huskies from the 2016-17 academic year to the 2019-20 academic year, playing a role in the program capturing two ACAC Silver medals.

During that time, Page helped oversee and guide the transformation of a 7-17 squad that missed the playoffs in the 2015-16 campaign to one that proceeded to win 69 regular season games over the next four seasons, finishing in the top three of the ACAC's North Division each time and qualifying for the playoffs.

Her first season with the Huskies saw Page score 210 points, one of four student athletes to surpass 200 points on the fifth-best offence in the 15-team conference. Leading her team with 35 three-point shots, Page also contributed 55 rebounds, 25 steals, and 17 assists.

The next season, Page still played strong minutes for the Huskies. In addition to her 95 points through 17 games, she added 48 rebounds, 25 steals, and 22 assists.

Her third season in the blue and white proved beneficial for both her and the Huskies as she returned to triple-digit scoring, posting 151 points while appearing in all 24 of the team's games. To this, she remained strong from the three-point line with 26 three-point shots made, the second-highest total on the team.

Adding to those figures, she posted 68 rebounds, 43 assists, and 28 steals. Helping her team to a 16-8 record in the regular season, Page and the Huskies took charge on the home court at the 2019 ACAC Women's Basketball Championships, earning a silver medal.

During her fourth and final season with the Huskies, she helped the team repeat their silver-medal performance. Appearing in 13 regular season games in her final season, she scored 70 points, added 20 rebounds, 19 assists, and 12 steals.

With 82 three-points shots made during her ACAC career, she ranks among the Top 30 Women's Basketball players in ACAC history while her 90 steals easily placing her in the top 100 all-time as well.

In her final season she passed an important scoring milestone, earning more than 500 points in her regular season career while her 191 rebounds were a strong figure as well.

To cap off her excellent time with the Huskies on the court, Page was recognized in September 2020 as a Canadian Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA) National Scholar Award recipient, showcasing her dedication in the classroom.
