Junior Huskies Camps

Keyano College Esports + STEM Summer Camp


The Keyano College Esports + STEM camp offers middle school students (10 – 14 years) a chance to explore STEM through the fun of esports. Participants will engage in team-based activities, and friendly competitions using games like Minecraft, Fortnite, Rocket League, and Roblox. All activities are structured and have clear-cut instructions and guidelines for participants to work on their projects individually and in teams.

With guidance from experienced esports athletes, participants will:

  • Build collaboration and communication skills through group games
  • Take part in creative STEM challenges
  • Practice video capturing and content creation
  • Compete in organized tournaments.

All skill levels are welcome. Campers will be grouped appropriately for a positive experience.

Registration is now open for both sessions. Participants can register for one or both, depending on preference.

Session 1: July 28 – August 1
9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

Junior Huskies Volleyball Camps

Registration is now open for the 2025 Junior Huskies Volleyball Camps. The camp will take place from August 18-21 at the Syncrude Sport & Wellness Centre

The camp is open to students entering Grade 9 through 12 this coming academic year.
This camp is perfect for anyone hoping to make their school volleyball team or out of town / surrounding area athletes are welcome to attend Volleyball fundamentals:
 
The camp will cover ball control, attacking, defense/blocking and game play
 
The camp is run by Huskies coaches & studnet-athletes, providing great mentorship opportunities for both sides. Huskies Athletes will be running drills and participating at times giving youth athletes a chance to play alongside college athletes. Bring athletic clothing, indoor shoes, healthy snack and water bottle!

Camp Schedule:
  • Boys: 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
  • Girls: 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Location: Syncrude Sport & Wellness Centre
